His communication and people skills are excellent, and he has some very innovative ideas. We have worked together on hundreds of projects. Jason Gresham has been the Chief Project Manager on 2 renovation projects for us during the past 5 years totaling nearly $1-million. Both projects were completed on time, on or below budget, and with incredible attention to detail. We were delighted with Jason's professionalism, expertise and leadership. The first renovation was in 2016 when he served as Chief Project Manager for a $135,000 condo renovation in Lake Las Vegas. I have worked with Jason Greshem in all phases of construction, in Residential and Commercial, ranging from founding to completion; concrete, framing, stucco, interior insulation, drywall / mudding / texture / painting, finishing; flooring / cabinetry / electrical / HVAC. Jason has performed and worked with all trades from below grade basement level to 25 stories up. Jason Greshem has also been involved in project designing / engineering / layout / estimating, budgeting and negotiating.
I am an electrical contractor that has worked on many projects with the team at KCG. Together we have completed projects in high rise towers for residential and commercial. We have done ground up projects from dirt to complete structure. We have done commercial remodel and TI work. I worked with Jason on about 20 projects over the last six years. Jason was the general contractor for various remodel projects, ground-up construction projects and tenant improvements. His work is exceptions. He supervised and coordinated all necessary trades including stucco and cement, lathing, plastering, drywall, acoustical tile and sheet metal studs. Jason also supervised and coordinated the installation of tile (both plastic and ceramic) for the various projects. Jason can successfully complete very complicated construction projects because of his knowledge and experience.
Jason and I have worked on many projects together over the last 10 years. He has vast knowledge of new construction and remodels in both residential and commercial fields.
