- Embalming, Dressing, Cosmetics & Casketing
- 5 Hour Use of Our Chapel for Visitation
- Basic Register Book & 50 Prayer Cards
- Use of our Vehicle to transport Deceased to Local cemetery
- Use of Kitchen (Cleaning Fee Included)
- 1 Death Certificate & NV State Permit
